Oui Stay Fit – Yoga
I’ve been a student of Yoga since 2013 and qualified with IYTA to obtain my Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training in 2016.
I haven’t stopped teaching Yoga since then.
I mainly teach the classical Hatha Yoga style which includes Asana (poses), Pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation and meditation.
I love teaching and have students in their youth and through to their, 70s and 80s.
